Yes. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. I am certified and insured through the Canadian Society for Exercise Phsyiologists. My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. In addition, I am also your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running shoes or the right exercise to do to fix the problem. I have been able to transform my own health and am passionate and 100% dedicated to helping you transform yours!
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week. I find clients who want to train once a week don't do enough mobility work, and aren't committed enough to exercise strenuously on their own. This is why I recommend twice a week.
