Your Questions, My Answers

Where does the training take place?

Most of my clients are directly from Vancouver or the surrounding areas.  Currently I am associated with the YWCA at 535 Hornby st.

Am I a professional trainer?

Yes. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, and am currently completing my Masters in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia.  I am certified and insured through the Canadian Society for Exercise Phsyiologists.  I am certified through CAN-FIT-PRO for my group fitness requirements.  Just check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer?

My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. In addition, I am also your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running shoes or the right exercise to do to fix the problem.  I have been able to transform my own health and am passionate and 100% dedicated to helping you transform yours!

How often should I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.  I find clients who want to train once a week don't do enough mobility work, and aren't committed enough to exercise strenuously on their own.  This is why I recommend twice a week.

What if I have a concern with price?

Let's talk!  I want to make this program work for you.  I don't want finances to be in the way of a person trying to achieve optimal health.  Some day every person on this planet will be living active and healthy lifestyles, it is my passion to start now to help anyone and everyone to taking the first steps.
