WOMEN ON WEIGHTS! SMALL GROUP TRAINING LEVEL 2 (Max 8 ppl)

Are you comfortable on machines, free weights, and body weight exercises? Have you mastered your weight training program but want a leaner body, improved strength, and better whole body functional strength? In this advanced women’s only weight lifting program, you will learn compound lifts and advanced strength training exercises. Deadlifting, bench press, front and back squats, pull ups, rowing and pressing will be perfected. All ages of advanced weight lifters are welcome. Enquire with Katherine to see if you are a good fit for this class.

ERGONOMICS FOR THE WORKPLACE

Properly setting up your workplace is crucial to preventing neck, wrist, low back, and other pain throughout the body.  Your seated position throughout the day and your level of movement has a direct correlation on your health.  Come learn simple solutions for workplace adjustments, better posture, and ways to stay active throughout the day while at work.
